How to source with Poppiki
Enter your product request, find suppliers, and prepare an inquiry below the results.
1. Enter your product request
Describe the product you need in Chinese or English. Include material, customization or destination if you know them. You can start a product search before you have an exact quantity; missing details remain unknown.
Choose Find suppliers to start. If you need to sign in, continue in the same tab and Poppiki will carry your request through sign-in and continue that search. You can inspect the fictional sample without an account.
2. Find suppliers and choose products
On the live service, Find suppliers saves your request and searches the merchant directory and current product sources in one action. Choose the products you want to ask about. When you change the search request, old candidates stay separate from the new results.
The imported directory supports Chinese and selected English product aliases. Unrecognized terminology and incomplete source descriptions can produce few or no results. A zero-result search is not proof that no factory exists. Try a clearer product phrase.
3. Prepare the inquiry below the results
After choosing products, add your order quantity and review the recipients and paired English/Chinese inquiry text below the results. You do not need to repeat the product search to add an inquiry quantity.
Inquiry previews are drafts. General supplier messaging and payments are not open. A recorded next step is a private decision, not a sent message, sample order or payment.
Check the source evidence
A candidate contains product text, source dates where available, record provenance and questions to verify. Platform ratings and business descriptions are source claims. Optional AI relevance review can help with product fit; it does not establish manufacturing identity, reliable delivery or certification.
Several product records may belong to one merchant. Poppiki keeps stable source identifiers and avoids counting the same record repeatedly. Different records or company names do not by themselves prove independent factories.
Save and take the evidence with you
Save candidates to a shortlist and export the project as JSON. The project export includes the requirement version, current search snapshot, source references and open questions. Supplier replies and quote reviews, when present, have JSON and CSV exports in the quote comparison section. Suggested quote fields preserve source passages and require buyer confirmation. Conflicting or missing terms remain unresolved.
