This is an implementation disclosure, not a claim that a complete operator-approved privacy notice is in place. For privacy questions, use the email link above. The legal operator, legal bases, jurisdiction-specific disclosures and service-wide retention schedule still need confirmation.

Browser drafts and account projects

Your unsaved product request is stored in session storage in the current browser tab, with an application expiry of 24 hours from the last save. Opening it alone does not extend its expiry. Cancelling sign-in with the clear-request action or signing out clears the tab’s draft. If storage is unavailable, the page explains that the request cannot be carried to another page. Choosing Find suppliers also records your request to continue that search after sign-in.

Saved account projects are stored in the application database and restricted by the authenticated account owner, with access for authorized service operators reviewing sourcing work. Projects can contain the original request, product details, candidate evidence and private notes. You can archive projects or submit a data deletion request on the Support page. Archiving is not deletion; requests remain pending until processed. A service-wide automatic retention period is not yet defined.

Connected services

Vercel hosts the website; Neon provides authentication and the cloud database. Google is an optional sign-in provider. User-triggered AI relevance review uses TypeSafe; user-triggered current product search uses the Cloud Newton connection. Optional English translation sends only the selected source text to the configured translation provider when you choose Read in English. If it is not enabled, the original remains available. Machine translations require review. Signed-in sourcing conversations may send the current message and a limited product/status context to TypeSafe for intent selection when AI is enabled. Private notes and supplier records are excluded from that classification request. Public request editing works locally; choosing Find suppliers continues to the authenticated search workflow. Conversation history is kept in this browser tab for up to 24 hours.

The sourcing integrations use reviewed business fields. Existing code excludes private notes from the Newton shared requirement. The service does not publish project exports as public share links. Provider retention and contractual processing terms require a completed policy review before broader launch.

Measurement and credentials

Optional first-party usage counts require both service configuration and your browser preference on the Support page. When enabled and you are signed in, fixed event names are stored with your account identifier; request text, emails and supplier information are excluded. Unchecking the preference stops future counts from this browser. No third-party analytics SDK is added.

API credentials stay on the server. The public sample is independent of account data and contains no real supplier contacts. Operational hosting and authentication services may produce their own service logs; this disclosure does not claim that no logs exist.
